QuickBooks Training - One on One
One on one training is performed at the businesses location by an Accountant who is a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. This instructor personalizes the training course based on the needs of the business and the student.
Training can also include QuickBooks set up or review of the current QuickBooks set up. QuickBooks set up and the review process is done in order to identify issues and find opportunities for improvement. Ensuring that the ability to generate and track important information is available.
The teacher also includes tips and tricks about income tax, sales tax, protecting company assets and general business accounting practices. Written documentation is provided. Phone/email consultation is included for three weeks past the completion of the course.
QuickBooks Classroom Training
Classroom training is done by a QuickBooks ProAdvisor who is also a California credentialed educator and Accountant. These classes are “hands on” training classes and are offered for a limited number of students ensuring a personalized and interactive learning experience. The students receive a student manual at the beginning of class. The teacher also includes tips and tricks about income tax, sales tax, protecting company assets and general business accounting practices. Phone/email consultation is included for two weeks past the completion of the course.

A certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor will come to your location and customize your QuickBooks software. QuickBooks set up will be customized for the needs of the business. Customization by an experienced Accountant ensures that correct accounts are used and time saving processes are in place – saving frustration and time when tax reports must be prepared.
QuickBooks Set Up - Remotely
A certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor will collect information about the businesses products and processes via phone and email interviews. Customization by an experienced Accountant ensures that correct accounts are used and time saving processes are in place – saving frustration and time when tax reports must be prepared. A company file will then be set up to personally suite the needs of the business.
QuickBooks Data Review & Clean up
ARC Financial and Tax Services will review the company data to ensure that you receive timely, relevant and reliable financial information. We also inform you of any corrections, adjustments or reclassifications necessary to ensure that the financial information you receive reflects the correct financial condition of your business. We will review the errors and offer solutions and training to reduce future occurrences. Reviews may be conducted at any time, but monthly reviews provide you with up to date information and feedback about your business. These services are also offered remotely.
